In 2002, Chris started networking in Brighton & Hove, where he joined the BNI Hove Albion chapter. During his time at BNI, Chris introduced 32 new members to his chapter and others, the highest number by any individual in the Sussex region. As chapter president, he grew the group from 28 members to 67 members over an 18 month period, generated 1026 referrals, and was accredited with a fraction under £300 000 worth of referred business.

During this time, he expanded his networking to a wide range of prestigious selected events, including The Boundary Club, Network Albion, The Platinum Club, Property Professionals Lunch, Juice Breakfast Club, First Friday Lunch, and a wide range of other networking events in Sussex and London.

In addition to his work for NetworkU, Chris also networks on behalf of other businesses, including a national searches organisation, and one of the largest law firms in Brighton. As an integral member of the NetworkU team, he strives to use his experience to create sales opportunities and generate leads for businesses of all sizes.

Heading up the Telemarketing team Becky is not only a networking queen but also fully appreciates what it takes to be an outstanding telemarketing consultant.

In 2006 Becky moved from the travel industry in to recruitment which has involved not only plenty of cold calling but also continuously networking at events, expos and industry specific seminars across London and the South East.

Her persistence, drive, passion and great ability to build relationships as enabled her to secure some valuable business over the years. It is her firm belief that when you enjoy what you do and believe in the company you represent, the rest will follow, and with this in mind, she strives to ensure she and her telemarketing team deliver the best possible service to each and every NetworkU client.

A keen sportsman with a competitive flair, Mike played tennis and football for many years and is currently learning to play golf. This competitive spirit has allowed him to develop a comprehensive range of specialist skills, all of which he uses to help clients successfully develop their businesses.

As the founder of Monk Marketing, Mike has worked with many companies in his 30 years of experience in the incentives and merchandising industry, building one company in particular from £250k to £6 million in just five years. He has successfully run his own business for several years and has helped others start their own by franchising Monk Marketing.

Mike is now the proud organiser of the Brighton Expo, which takes place on the Brighton Racecourse and features over 100 exhibitors, keynote speakers, seminars, speed networking, networking walls and attracts over 500 visitors. Mike also has an in depth knowledge of Franchising both from a Franchisor and Franchisee perspective.

With his excellent communication skills, creative ideas, and a keen eye for sales, marketing, and franchising opportunities, Mike is committed to helping every client reach their full market potential.
